The provision of false or misleading information or the failure to provide essential information shall result in the invalidity of the application and the immediate rejection or withdrawal of the authorisation and/or registration. The Law School Admission Test is required for all first-year applications and is an important first step in this process. LSAT writing must be completed and processed by LSAT so that the multiple-choice test score is available to both you and law schools. All documents submitted by or on behalf of applicants will be used for admission purposes only and will remain confidential. Records become the property of the Faculty of Law and may be destroyed after the year for which the request is made. LSAC fee waiver To request a fee waiver for LSAC, please visit the LSAC website for more information. You must request fee waiver through your LSAC.org account. All supporting documents for Canadian fee waiver applicants must be uploaded directly to your LSAC online account. All receipts must be uploaded no later than 45 days after submitting your online application. The Ontario Faculty of Law application will be available at the end of August. We recommend that you submit your application and other documents as soon as possible.
We recommend that you submit both applications by November 1 to give yourself a head start on academic and professional planning. The Windsor Master of Laws program is pleased to accept applications until March 15. Candidates are encouraged to apply in the year they wish to register. One-year deferral requests from first-year students may only be submitted after the applicant has been admitted and will only be approved in exceptional cases at the discretion of the Vice-Dean, the students and the Chair of the Admissions Committee. Repeat applicants must reapply through the OLSAS system and resubmit all required documents. Note: The re-examination of a file is based solely on the information available at the time of the Committee`s initial decision.
